Weekly Recipe: Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A delicious dip served with chips, crackers, pita chips, vegetables or crusty bread chunks. 

Ingredients:
8 slices bacon
10oz. pkg. frozen spinach; thawed & drained
14oz. can quartered marinated artichoke hearts; drained
5oz. container garlic; herb flavored
1 small pkg. of cheese spread
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8oz. container sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°.  Place bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly browned. 

Drain and crumble bacon into a medium bowl.  Mix spinach and artichoke hearts, cheese spread, Parmesan cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise into the bowl with the bacon.  Scoop mixture into a 7x11" baking dish. 

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly or lightly browned.
Serve warm.
