2012 IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee Audie Blaylock Featured on Cover of Bluegrass Music Profiles Magazine
The Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee is featured on the September/October issue of Bluegrass Music Profiles Magazine. This issue includes an in-depth interview with Blaylock, a centerfold poster of AUDIE BLAYLOCK & REDLINE, and a review of their new album Hard Country. Hard Country topped BMP's Top 10 CD Chart at #1 for the second month in a row!
The new album is receiving significant airplay with several tracks from the album appearing on the bluegrass radio charts. "A Real Good Way to Lose," written by Josh Shilling and Jon Weisberger is at #1 on the BMP Top 30 Hot Singles Chart for September. Three other songs: "A Natural Thing," "Philadelphia Lawyer," and "The Chair" have appeared all appeared on Bluegrass Today Top 20 Airplay chart this month.

AUDIE BLAYLOCK & REDLINE can be seen on the upcoming Lost Echoes Production TV special BLUEGRASS COMES TO THE VALLEY Part 1 (airing September 10 – 16) and Part 2
(airing September 17 – 23). This exciting new show debuts on Reno’s
Old Time Music Festival” on RFD-TV and is hosted by Ronnie Reno. The
event was supported by the Mt. Vernon-RockCastle County Tourist
Commission and the City of Mt. Vernon.
Audie Blaylock can also be seen on another upcoming TV special - “Christmas: The Mountain Way”
- a live performance musical show showcasing Christmas and its
traditions in the Appalachian Mountains. The program was filmed at the
historic Bell Theater in Pineville, KY for broadcast on national cable
network BlueHighways TV and will air in November and December. This live concert event was hosted by Mike Scott and also includes performances by: Marty Raybon, Dale Ann Bradley, Steve Gulley, Cumberland River, Common Strings and more.
