View From The Front Porch- September 13, 2012

Denise and I went to the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville last night at the invitation of our friend, Michael Martin Murphey. Michael is a special friend, and we have supported each other in our endeavors for many years. Michael is one of the finest entertainers of his original music, in an acoustic setting, that I have ever known. We were all entranced for the hour and one half that he presented his music from the heart. It completely wiped my mind clear of the turmoil and trouble in the world for that period of time, and I start this day with, again, a positive attitude and love of life that is my norm.
