Weekly Recipe: Missy Potatoes

A great recipe for a suppertime side dish! 


Ingredients:
2lb. pkg. frozen hash browns; thawed
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup; undiluted
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter softened
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Ritz® cracker crumbs


Instructions:
Combine first 7 ingredients.  Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. 

Sprinkle crumbs evenly over top. 

Bake on 350° for 45 minutes.


Servings: 10-12
