Weekly Recipe: Night-Before French Toast

Easily made the night before so breakfast is nearly effortless the next morning!

Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread; cut into 3/4 in. slices
4 Tbs. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs; beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon




 Instructions:
The night before serving, melt butter and brown sugar in a small pan, stirring. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish.  Lay bread slices on top of brown sugar mix.

Combine eggs with milk and cinnamon. Pour over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning preheat oven to 350° and uncover baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with syrup.
