Weekly Recipe: Chicken Crepes

An appetizing supper dish!


Ingredients:
1 whole chicken; cooked & deboned
8 flour fajitas
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small onion; chopped
8oz. mozrella cheese; shredded
8oz. cheddar cheese; shredded
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream 




Instructions:
Sauté butter and onions in large pan on stove. 

Add cream cheese until melted and smooth.  Add chicken and stir together until mixed.

In a 8x11 pan add 1/8 of mixture into fajitas and roll placing seam side down. Do all eight the same way. 

On top of fajitas sprinkle mozrella cheese and cheddar cheese.  Pour some heavy cream over each fajita. 

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
